Paragon Custom Homes is family-owned and has operated in Harford, Baltimore and Southern York Counties since 2003. Our homeowners work directly with the owner, Jeff Geddes, throughout the process of design, estimating, permitting, construction and service. With close to 30-years of field experience and a Penn State Architectural Engineering degree, Jeff looks forward to providing you his personal attention and expertise to your project.
We believe that the building process should be enjoyable and stress-free. Constant communication is the key to making sure that the your project is meeting your expectations and our high level of quality. Requests for changes to the plans or specifications are always welcomed, regardless of where we are in the construction process. This is your home and we want to make sure that it's how you envision it.
Our subcontractors offer dependability, experience and quality workmanship at a fair price. Because we have worked with many of the same subcontractors from project to project, we know we can count on them to provide excellent service and prompt scheduling.
